RECRUITMENT INFORMATION
Due to our company development – Viet Nam Thang Long Sepre.24 Security Service Co., Ltd frequently recruit professional security guards.
Our recruitment information as well as our regulations to security guards will be shown as the following:
I. STANDARD OF RECRUITMENT
1. Male from 18 years old to 40 years old - 1.65 in height and over – 58 kg in weight and over.
2. Female from 18 years old to 35 years old - 1.58 in height and over – 48 kg in weight and over.
3. Education level: graduated from high school and over.
4. To be in good health, no infectious disease, no congenital malformation and no tattoos…
5. Clearly in criminal record, no previous conviction & offences.
6. Priority over applicants who know foreign language, martial arts, public security or soldier…
II. DOCUMENTS OF RECRUITMENT
1. 01 application letter for a job.
2. 02 curriculum-vitae, photograph with stamp and confirm by local government.
3. Certified copy of diplomas or certificates.
4. 01 Medical certificate.
5. The Labor Contract Termination Decision of the latest company (if any).
6. Certified copy of Identity Card, family record book, temporary residence…
7. Criminal record issued by appropriate authorities.
8. Guarantee paper (it is made after working).
9. 04 photographs 3x4 (latest ones).
III. FEE MUST BE PAID AT FIRST
Uniform cost 800.000 VND (including 02 trousers, 02 shirts, 01 cravat, 01 hat). Viet Nam Thang Long Sepre.24 Company will support a sum of money 300.000 VND with the condition that the applicants will work fully in 12 months. If applicants stop working 12 months in advance, they will be deducted the supporting money as the following depreciation rate: Uniform 500.000 VND/12 months.
1. Actual fee must be paid: 500.000 VND (five hundred thousand VND).
2. Payment method: applicants can pay the Uniform fee 500.000 VND by cast or they can mortgage their high school certificate or 04-wheel vehicle driving license (origin one), company will deduct 500.000 VND in to their monthly salary and after that return the certificate or driving license for the owner.
(Applicants do not have to pay any other fee except the Uniform fee above).
IV. SALARY SCALE REGULATION
- Salary scale regulation:
a. Probation time at the site: 2.500.000 VND /month
b. Gross salary including allowance and net salary from the second month: from 3.600.000 VND to 4.000.000 VND/ 01 month.
- Applicants will have fully Social Insurance - Health Insurance – Accident Insurance 24h/24h when they sign the official contract with company.
- Any other regulations strictly follow the Government labor law.
- Free provide rest-house for applicants from the training period and during the time working.
- Free training fee carried out by Viet Nam Thang Long Sepre.24.
- Yearly support 70% of Uniform fee.
- Applicants will be increase salary base on company’s salary scale which is registered to government.
V. IN PRACTICE, COMPANY WILL PAY AN AVERAGE SALARY / 01 MONTH FOR APPLICANTS WHO ARE IN LOWEST LEVEL DETAIL AS THE FOLLOWING:
- Net salary for Social Insurance: 2.140.000vnd/month
- Actual gross salary calculated by points, 1 point is equal to 8hours.
a. Number of points per month will be 26points/ 30 days or 27 points/31 days
b. Work hours paid: 66,000vnd/point (HCM) and 60,000vnd/point (Hanoi)
c. Extra time: 108,000vnd/point (HCM) and 93,000vnd/point (Hanoi)
d. Nightshift allowances: 18,000vnd/point (HCM) and 16,100vnd/point (Hanoi)
e. Allowance on holidays, Tet: 198,000vnd/point (HCM) and 180,000vnd/point (Hanoi)
TOTAL for GROSS SALARY/MONTH: 3.600.000 VND
(If candidates work over time, high position, lot of experiences, gross salary can be 4.000.000 VND and more per month).
VI. RECRUITMENT BODY GUARDS - SALARY 4.500.000 VND/MONTH
